Here is something I learned building Sally and watching her run in hundreds of real offices. The teammate who converts calls into appointments and the one who loses people at “hello” can look identical on paper. The difference is in the quality of the voice, the speed of the responses, and the things that only you could know like scheduling parameters and appointment durations.
